Fall Halloween Mini Hanger Banner TSM

This is an unfinished laser cut design that you will paint and assemble(glue) yourself. Each   banner cutout is approximately 5" tall by 4.25" wide. Each has 2 or 3 layers.  It is cut out of 1/4" plywood. The ribbon/twine is not included. 

I use DecoArt Americana paint to paint most of my cutouts, but you can use any acrylic paint you would like to use. You can seal it with Rustoleum Clear Gloss Spray to make it Sun and water resistant.
